Scope and agreement
An inquiry is not an order. Published packages describe a limited service scope. We confirm requirements, availability, deliverables, timeline and any separate costs before work. Custom or changed requirements may need a revised quote.
Orders and payments
Your checkout or proposal states the service, currency, charge amount and service period. A paid order is not a promise of immediate commencement before the necessary content, access and approvals are supplied. Monthly and weekly packages do not renew automatically.
Client responsibilities
Supply content and information you have the right to use. Provide accurate requirements and authorised access through an agreed method. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, card details or sensitive customer data through ordinary inquiry forms.
Revisions and acceptance
Included revision rounds refer to consolidated feedback within the agreed direction. New concepts or work outside scope can be separately quoted. Delivery review and acceptance arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement.
Third-party services
Software subscriptions, domains, hosting, themes, tools and advertising budgets are separate unless stated otherwise. Third-party providers have their own terms and availability.
Ownership and results
Rights to deliverables, source files and third-party assets are defined in the project agreement. We do not guarantee search rankings, ad approvals, traffic, sales or revenue.
Concerns
Contact us with your reference and issue description. We review concerns against the agreed scope. These terms do not remove rights required by applicable law.
